What is in it?

In my Absolute Seamoss base are 4 Ingredients, that’s it. Organic Seamoss, Shungite water, ginger and cinnamon.

It looks simple, however the process is carefully researched and tested out by me and I am a walking testament of its many benefits.

How long does it take until I experience health benefits?

This really depends on you. IF you take 1-2 Tsp/ day first thing upon waking up, you can see measurable differences starting within days: improved mood, energy, digestion and sleep.
